About the Role
As a Medicaid Claims Manager at Conduent, you'll direct daily claim processing activities for a dedicated team responsible for handling complex medical claims. Your leadership will focus on maintaining accuracy, meeting service level goals, and fostering a workplace where team members excel. You'll manage workflow priorities, quality standards, and ensure all operations align with federal and state Medicaid requirements.
What You'll Do
- Oversee team operations, assign work priorities, and coordinate daily claim processing activities to meet established deadlines
- Evaluate claims accuracy and compliance metrics, identifying areas for process improvement
- Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and supporting career growth
- Enforce adherence to company policies, Medicaid regulations, and procedural standards
- Partner with other departments to troubleshoot claims issues and optimize workflows
- Monitor and report on team productivity, quality scores, and performance trends
