About the Role

This is a full-time position that combines customer service expertise with wireless sales. You'll be the front line of our business, engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right plans and devices. Your success directly impacts both customer satisfaction and your earnings—top performers in this role earn up to $23 per hour including commissions.

What You'll Do

• Greet and qualify walk-in customers, identifying their wireless needs and budget
• Demonstrate Cricket Wireless plans, devices, and add-on services with confidence
• Complete point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Activate new devices and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Build customer relationships and follow up on leads to maximize retention
• Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to store profitability
• Keep the retail environment clean, organized, and product knowledge current
