Principal, Outside Plant (OSP) Manager

Oracle is seeking a Principal, Outside Plant (OSP) Manager for a full-time position with our OCI Gigascale Data Center organization in Jackson, Hinds County. You will lead the comprehensive planning and execution of outside plant infrastructure required to bring cutting-edge data center facilities to full operational readiness.

About the Role

The Principal, Outside Plant (OSP) Manager is central to Oracle's strategy for deploying world-class OCI data center sites. This position oversees all aspects of outside plant infrastructure development, from initial strategy through completion, ensuring facilities meet stringent operational and compliance standards.

What You'll Do

• Direct the design and deployment of outside plant infrastructure systems required for data center sites to achieve operational readiness
• Develop fiber optic routing strategies that maximize network diversity and resilience across multiple sites
• Oversee duct bank and civil infrastructure planning and execution, coordinating with construction and engineering teams
• Manage entrance facility design and implementation to support carrier and utility connections
• Lead coordination efforts with external carriers, utility providers, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless infrastructure integration
• Drive project schedules and timelines to support data center deployment goals and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure all infrastructure meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Oracle's engineering specifications

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience managing outside plant infrastructure projects in data center or telecommunications environments
• Proven expertise in fiber optic network design and routing strategy
• Strong background in civil infrastructure, duct bank systems, and entrance facility design
• Demonstrated success coordinating with external carriers, utilities, and service providers
• Project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance for telecommunications and data center infrastructure
• Leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional groups
