About the Role

As Senior Field Service Parts Planner, you're responsible for ensuring the continuous availability of materials that sustain asset performance and readiness. Your strategic planning directly enables field teams to maintain equipment at peak operational status, making this a pivotal position in our support infrastructure. This is a full-time role based in Costa Mesa.

What You'll Do

• Forecast demand for spare parts, maintenance materials, and consumables based on field operations data and asset deployment schedules
• Develop and execute inventory strategies that balance availability with cost efficiency across our service network
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and field service teams to optimize material flow and reduce lead times
• Monitor inventory levels, identify supply gaps, and proactively address potential stockouts that could impact operational readiness
• Analyze usage patterns and performance metrics to refine planning models and improve forecasting accuracy
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality and delivery reliability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function through process optimization and data-driven insights

What We're Looking For

• Advanced expertise in materials planning, supply chain management, or field service logistics
• Proven track record managing spare parts inventory and forecasting for equipment-intensive operations
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with planning software or ERP systems
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management abilities
• Experience in a technical or defense-adjacent industry is valued
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
