Evolent is seeking a Senior Analyst, AI Transformation to join our team in Boston, Suffolk County. In this full-time position, you'll support healthcare modernization by leveraging data analysis and AI strategy to help health plans and providers serve patients facing complex, costly health challenges more effectively.

About the Role

Today's healthcare system struggles with fragmentation and inefficiency. Evolent works to change that by helping health plans and providers coordinate care and deliver better results. As a Senior Analyst in AI Transformation, you'll combine data expertise with healthcare knowledge to uncover insights, drive strategic recommendations, and support the implementation of AI-powered improvements across both specialty and primary care delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze healthcare data to uncover improvement opportunities in patient outcomes and care delivery
  • Support the design and rollout of AI-driven transformation programs
  • Work directly with health plan and provider partners to understand pain points and validate solutions
  • Generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations from analytical work
  • Bridge technical analysis and business strategy for non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to process optimization across specialty care and primary care environments

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of or experience in healthcare systems, operations, or business
  • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven capability to collaborate across functions and organizational silos
  • High commitment to data quality and analytical rigor
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or healthcare field, or relevant professional experience
