Oracle is seeking a full-time NetSuite Sales Account Manager based in Sacramento, Sacramento County. In this role, you'll manage relationships with enterprise customers, drive expansion within assigned accounts, and help organizations maximize the value of their NetSuite ERP investments.
About the Role
As a NetSuite Sales Account Manager, you own the strategic and tactical growth of your customer portfolio. You'll combine consultative selling with account management expertise, working directly with customers to identify business opportunities, ensure successful implementations, and expand their use of NetSuite's cloud-based solutions. This is a hands-on position that requires both strategic planning and direct customer engagement.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute account plans that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth across your assigned customer base
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across NetSuite's suite, including financials, inventory management, HR, and professional services automation modules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and C-suite executives at customer organizations
- Partner with implementation, support, and presales teams to ensure customers achieve their business objectives
- Monitor account health metrics, pipeline development, and forecast revenue for your territory
- Conduct executive business reviews and develop long-term strategic account roadmaps
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales, account management, or cloud-based SaaS roles
- Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise business applications
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts independently while meeting performance targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or account management
- Willingness to travel regularly to visit and support customers
