Digital Journey Leader

Oracle is hiring a Digital Journey Leader to join the Oracle Health Customer Success team in Pierre, Hughes County. In this full-time position, you will design and lead the external customer digital journey communications strategy that enables Oracle Health to deliver proactive, scalable, and digitally-driven customer engagement.

About the Role

The Digital Journey Leader will own the strategy, development, and execution of customer-facing digital communications across the customer lifecycle. This role bridges customer success operations and digital enablement, ensuring Oracle Health customers receive coordinated, meaningful engagement across all digital touchpoints. You will drive the modernization of how Oracle Health communicates with and supports customers throughout their relationship with our platform.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the external customer digital journey communications strategy to support Oracle Health Customer Success goals
• Develop scalable, proactive engagement models that leverage digital channels and automation to enhance customer outcomes
• Design and refine customer communication frameworks that drive product adoption and satisfaction
• Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and customer support to align messaging and optimize customer touchpoints
• Analyze customer journey metrics and engagement data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Evolve communication systems and digital tools to enable seamless, customer-first interactions

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in customer success, digital journey management, or customer communications strategy
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with proven ability to execute cross-functional initiatives
• Customer-focused approach with drive to build proactive, efficient engagement solutions at scale
• Experience with customer engagement platforms, communication technology, and digital transformation
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in healthcare technology or enterprise software environments preferred
