This part-time position offers meaningful work in residential adult services, where you'll create supportive environments and help individuals build essential life skills.

About the Role

As a Residential Instructor with Community Residences, you'll work under the direction of the Residential Manager and Residential Assistant Manager to provide direct support and instruction to adults in our residential programs. This is hands-on work focused on fostering independence and helping people navigate the daily challenges they face with confidence and capability.

What You'll Do

• Create positive, nurturing learning environments that encourage growth and independence
• Develop and implement strategies tailored to help clients manage social, emotional, and physical challenges of daily living
• Coach clients toward self-sufficiency across personal care, household, and community engagement activities
• Collaborate with the residential management team to support client goals and well-being
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate updates about client progress and needs
• Model appropriate behaviors and provide consistent, compassionate support
