About the Role

As a Resource Center Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our community resource center. You'll assist clients in accessing vital programs, services, and support while managing the day-to-day functions that keep our center running smoothly. Your compassion, organizational skills, and genuine commitment to community support will help individuals navigate available resources and take meaningful steps toward stability.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist community members, conducting intake assessments and understanding their needs
• Provide information about and facilitate referrals to local social services, housing assistance, employment programs, and other resources
• Schedule appointments, manage client records, and maintain organized documentation
• Coordinate community programs, workshops, and outreach events
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide initial support and guidance
• Build relationships with partner organizations to expand resource access for clients
• Contribute to a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone who walks through our doors
