As a Hardware Sales Associate, you'll be the go-to resource for customers planning home improvement and construction projects, delivering expert guidance and professional service both in-store and over the phone.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and assess their project needs with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide expert guidance on building materials, tools, and home improvement solutions
• Assist customers in selecting the right products for construction and home improvement projects
• Handle customer inquiries via phone with the same level of care and attention as in-store interactions
• Answer questions about product specifications, availability, and applications
• Support customers throughout their purchasing decisions and checkout process
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and product displays
