Manager , Audit & Assurance Growth

Join Deloitte's Audit & Assurance practice as a Manager driving client growth and revenue expansion in Grandview Heights, Franklin County. In this full-time leadership role, you'll build and mentor a high-performing team while identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to scale the firm's assurance offerings.

About the Role

This is a business development leadership position within Deloitte's Audit & Assurance segment. You'll combine strategic account management with team leadership, balancing direct responsibility for client relationships with coaching responsibilities for your team members. Success requires both the ability to establish trust with C-suite executives and the skill to develop emerging talent who can do the same.

What You'll Do

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new client opportunities across your territory and industry verticals
• Cultivate existing client relationships to uncover expansion opportunities and deepen service engagement
• Lead and coach team members on relationship-building strategies, sales techniques, and client communication
• Develop and execute account strategies that align with Deloitte's service capabilities and client needs
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets and practice growth goals through both personal business development efforts and team performance
• Collaborate with technical audit and assurance teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to inform growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in professional services, consulting, or financial services
• Experience coaching or leading teams through relationship-driven growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build trust across organizational levels
• Strategic mindset combined with ability to execute and track measurable results
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
• Knowledge of audit, assurance, or enterprise risk services is preferred but not required
