About the Role
As a Senior Associate Consultant specializing in manufacturing operations, you'll lead client engagements focused on identifying operational bottlenecks, designing process improvements, and executing strategies that measurably enhance efficiency. Your work will span supply chain optimization, production workflows, quality management, and organizational redesign—helping clients compete in an increasingly digital manufacturing landscape.
What You'll Do
- Assess manufacturing client requirements and current-state operations to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and recommend operational strategies aligned with business objectives and digital capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor results
- Develop data-driven recommendations for cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and productivity gains
- Guide clients through organizational and process changes to sustain improvements long-term
- Support proposal development and client relationship management activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, operations, or related field
- 3+ years of operations consulting, manufacturing experience, or related business advisory work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with ability to present findings to C-suite executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning consulting tools and methodologies
- Willingness to travel up to 80% to support client engagements
