As Managing Attorney of our commercial and business litigation division, you'll oversee a dynamic practice serving sophisticated clients throughout New York and Florida. You'll combine hands-on case management with strategic leadership, balancing courtroom work with team development and client relationship stewardship. This role suits an accomplished litigator ready to elevate their impact through mentorship and practice leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution, managing discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering professional development and maintaining our commitment to excellence
• Develop client relationships and identify growth opportunities across our New York and Florida markets
• Manage practice operations, budgeting, and performance metrics to drive profitability and client satisfaction
• Handle complex business disputes, contract litigation, commercial real estate matters, and related commercial law issues
• Collaborate with partners to refine strategy, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible for immediate admission) with 10+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Proven success managing litigation teams and mentoring attorneys
• Strong technical skills in discovery management, motion practice, and trial advocacy
• Demonstrated business development ability and established professional network
• Strategic mindset with excellent judgment in case assessment and resolution strategy
• Commitment to client service, professional integrity, and collaborative teamwork
