About the Role
InstaSwim LLC is seeking experienced swim instructors to deliver quality swim instruction to families throughout the Roswell area and surrounding communities. As a full-time Private Swim Instructor, you'll work directly with clients in residential settings and local pools, building lasting relationships while developing swimmers of all skill levels—from beginners to advanced learners.

- Track student progress and communicate updates to families
- Ensure water safety and create positive, engaging learning environments
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a swim instructor or competitive swimming background
- Strong knowledge of swim instruction techniques and water safety standards
- Excellent communication and patience when working with swimmers of all ages
- Reliability and professional demeanor in client interactions
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to teach across multiple locations in the Roswell area
