- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate devices and plans
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Process transactions, activate devices, and ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Maintain a welcoming retail environment and represent Russell Cellular professionally
- Stay current with wireless products, promotions, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales ability and customer service orientation
- Reliability and dependability in a full-time retail role

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a base rate of $12.00 per hour, with uncapped commission potential. Team members with commission typically average $17.00 per hour, with opportunity to earn more. Russell Cellular also provides:
