About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage the purchasing operations that keep Verint's operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for sourcing materials and services, negotiating supplier agreements, and ensuring our procurement processes meet both cost and quality standards. What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify vendors, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts that balance cost, quality, and delivery schedules
• Process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve supply chain issues to keep projects on track
• Analyze spending data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders—engineering, operations, finance—to understand material requirements and sourcing timelines
• Maintain accurate procurement records, track inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Communicate with vendors regarding quality concerns, delivery delays, and contract terms

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build vendor relationships
• Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple purchase orders and deadlines
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract terms, and supply chain fundamentals
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
