Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Service Orchestration to lead technology service operations and drive strategic improvements across our enterprise support organization in Atlanta, Fulton County. As a full-time member of our Technology Services team, you'll shape how we orchestrate and deliver seamless service experiences at global scale.

In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a strategic operations leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing service delivery workflows that connect our global support operations. You'll build sustainable service orchestration processes that eliminate operational complexity, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent quality across diverse service delivery teams. Your leadership will directly impact how thousands of team members and clients experience our technology services.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute IT service orchestration strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on automation, scalability, and reliability
  • Design integrated service delivery workflows that connect technology operations, support teams, and vendor partners
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams responsible for service orchestration, process management, and operational governance
  • Establish and manage service level agreements, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across technology, finance, and business operations to align service delivery with strategic priorities

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in IT service management, enterprise operations, or related fields
  • Proven success leading large-scale service delivery and operations teams in complex, global environments
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service orchestration best practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, automation, and operational tooling
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
