About the Role
As an experienced Ford Automotive Service Technician, you'll deliver high-quality diagnostic and repair work on Ford models. Your technical expertise, problem-solving approach, and customer focus will be central to our service department's success. You'll work with modern diagnostic tools and Ford service procedures to ensure every vehicle meets factory standards before returning to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles using factory specifications and procedures
- Execute routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and system inspections
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and transmission concerns
- Document repair work accurately and maintain detailed service records
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding findings and recommendations
- Stay current with Ford technical bulletins, recalls, and service updates
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in our service bay
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an automotive service technician specializing in Ford vehicles
- ASE certification or equivalent technical background (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of Ford service procedures and diagnostic tools
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
