Oracle Health Lead Proposal Manager

Oracle is seeking a Health Lead Proposal Manager for a full-time position in Cammack Village, Pulaski County. In this role, you'll drive the strategy and execution of proposal responses for Oracle Health's most important healthcare opportunities, ensuring every submission is compelling, compliant, and customer-focused.

About the Role

The Health Lead Proposal Manager owns the complete proposal lifecycle for Oracle Health's healthcare business pursuits. You'll serve as the strategic leader orchestrating complex proposal efforts, from requirements analysis through submission, while maintaining alignment with Oracle's healthcare value propositions and industry compliance standards.

What You'll Do

• Plan and direct all phases of proposal development for Oracle Health opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, technical leads, delivery managers, and subject matter experts
• Analyze customer requirements and develop comprehensive response strategies
• Ensure proposals comply with healthcare regulations and Oracle's quality standards
• Manage proposal budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Create detailed schedules, tracking mechanisms, and risk assessments for each proposal
• Develop win themes and key value propositions that differentiate Oracle Health solutions
• Review and refine proposal content for accuracy, persuasiveness, and professional presentation
• Lead timely responses to customer RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Build and maintain proposal best practices, tools, and documentation

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years directing proposals or business development activities, preferably in healthcare or enterprise software
• Proven ability to lead large, complex proposals with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, compliance requirements, and business practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Experience with proposal management platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism
