Join our Kids Club team at EōS Fitness in Sugar Land, Fort Bend County as an Assistant Kids Club Manager, where you'll foster a safe, fun environment for children while supporting our growing fitness community.
About the Role
In this part-time position, you'll help manage our Kids Club operations at our Sugar Land fitness facility. Working alongside our Kids Club Manager, you'll ensure children have a positive experience while their parents pursue their fitness goals. This role blends hands-on supervision, activity planning, and friendly member service in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do
- Oversee children in the Kids Club with a focus on safety, supervision, and positive experiences
- Create and lead engaging activities, games, and programs tailored to children's interests
- Execute check-in and check-out procedures and maintain member files accurately
- Keep the Kids Club space clean, organized, and safe for daily operations
- Answer member questions about Kids Club enrollment, schedules, and services
- Collaborate with the Kids Club Manager to continually improve member satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Experience supervising or caring for children in a childcare, school, or recreation environment
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or commitment to obtaining it
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities with both children and parents
- Upbeat, adaptable attitude with the energy to keep pace in a busy fitness environment
- Physical capability to actively supervise children and participate in Kids Club activities
- Dedication to safety, reliability, and exceeding member expectations
