About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in our South Cheektowaga store. Working full time, you'll partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain our high standards for customer service and visual presentation, and create an engaging shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Support store management in overseeing daily operations and meeting sales goals
• Supervise, train, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards
• Handle cash management and point-of-sale operations
• Assist with employee scheduling and coverage
• Open and close the store as assigned, following all procedures and security protocols
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandise launches

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail management or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Comfortable with sales systems, inventory management, and cash handling
• Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $18.00–$18.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. You'll also receive:
