Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Sourcing)

Deloitte seeks an accomplished Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Sourcing) to join our recruiting team in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County. In this full-time role, you'll lead the identification and attraction of exceptional candidates who drive our organization's growth and success.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist at Deloitte, you'll play a critical role in our recruiting function by proactively building talent pipelines and connecting high-performing candidates with meaningful career opportunities. Working alongside our recruiting team, you'll develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies that align with our business objectives and anticipate future talent needs across departments and levels.

What You'll Do

• Execute research-driven sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
• Partner with recruiting managers to understand staffing requirements, role specifications, and hiring timelines
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for both current openings and anticipated future hiring needs
• Screen resumes and candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational fit
• Use applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to track candidate progress and maintain detailed records
• Leverage data and insights to optimize sourcing channels and improve candidate quality and speed to hire
• Participate in networking activities and industry partnerships to expand candidate reach

What We're Looking For

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment sourcing, or related recruiting functions
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and recruiting stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
• Ability to research candidates effectively and assess fit based on job requirements
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering quality talent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in human resources, recruitment, or talent management
