About the Role

This is a senior analytics leadership position where you'll oversee financial modeling, forecasting, and planning analysis that directly supports business strategy and operational performance. You'll translate complex financial data into actionable insights while building and mentoring high-performing teams focused on analytical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Direct the planning analytics function, managing financial analysis workflows and reporting infrastructure
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and business units to drive data-informed planning
• Design and deliver executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and analytical insights
• Establish analytical standards, methodologies, and best practices across the planning organization
• Build and mentor analytical teams to strengthen capabilities and drive continuous improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and business impact

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or analytics leadership
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytical techniques
• Strong foundation in corporate finance, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Advanced proficiency with financial analysis tools, databases, and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field
• Track record of driving process improvements and measurable business outcomes
