About the Role

As an Inbound Stocking Associate, you'll work the 4am shift receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise before Target opens its doors to guests. Your morning hours are critical—you ensure products are processed accurately, inventoried correctly, and positioned strategically throughout the store. You'll work alongside a focused team to meet daily receiving and stocking targets while maintaining the operational standards Target is known for.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise shipments
• Sort inventory by department and location codes
• Stock merchandise on shelves, displays, and storage areas with accuracy
• Organize and maintain warehouse and receiving areas
• Perform inventory audits and flag discrepancies
• Follow Target's safety protocols and operational procedures
• Collaborate with team members to execute shift goals efficiently
