Ralliant is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and develop our Critical Environments business unit in Wake Island, Honolulu. This is a full-time leadership role for a seasoned sales executive ready to drive revenue growth across a specialized market serving mission-critical facilities.
About the Role
As Director of Sales for Critical Environments, you'll oversee the sales strategy and execution for solutions that help customers in high-consequence sectors operate without costly downtime. Our customers—hospitals, laboratories, data centers, and similar critical facilities—depend on robust building automation systems and infrastructure solutions that keep their operations running reliably. You'll build and mentor a sales team, establish strategic partnerships, and drive new business development in this specialized vertical.
What You'll Do
- Lead the sales organization for Ralliant's Critical Environments business unit and establish revenue targets and strategic direction
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on the healthcare, laboratory, and data center sectors
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the critical environments market
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align sales efforts with solution capabilities and customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and strategic positioning
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and achievement of revenue objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record leading B2B sales teams in infrastructure, building systems, industrial automation, or related sectors
- Experience selling into mission-critical environments such as healthcare facilities, data centers, or research laboratories
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales organizations with consistent revenue growth
- Strong understanding of building automation systems (BAS), HVAC systems, or related building technology a plus
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience in business, sales, engineering, or related field
