Analyst, Intelligence-Third Shift

Simon Property Group is seeking a full-time Analyst, Intelligence-Third Shift for our Operational Intelligence Center in Indianapolis, Marion County. As a critical member of our 24/7 security operations team, you will monitor, analyze, and report on real-time events affecting retail properties across North America during overnight hours.

About the Role

The Operational Intelligence Center (OIC) serves as a central security hub for Simon Property Group's retail portfolio. Working the third shift, you'll be part of a focused team responsible for maintaining situational awareness and providing actionable intelligence to support security operations and property management decisions across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor social media channels, news sources, and public information streams for events or conditions relevant to retail center security
• Collect and organize data from multiple databases and systems to build a clear operational picture
• Analyze compiled intelligence to identify trends, risks, and emerging situations
• Disseminate findings and updates to key stakeholders, including on-site security teams and management
• Maintain accurate records and reports documenting monitored events and analytical conclusions
• Support security decision-making by providing timely, evidence-based briefings during the third shift

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
• Proficiency with databases and information management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication for conveying complex information clearly
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus during overnight hours
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Background in security, intelligence, law enforcement, or related field preferred
• Ability to work full-time, including the third shift schedule
