What You'll Do

- Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and architectural decisions that ensure reliability and maintainability
- Collaborate on system design initiatives that prioritize high availability and resilience
- Contribute to comprehensive documentation and operational procedures
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions
- Adopt AI-assisted development practices to improve code quality and delivery velocity
What We're Looking For
- Deep expertise in backend software development with a track record of shipping production systems
- Strong background in designing or working with platform-level infrastructure and services
- Demonstrated proficiency in system design, with the ability to reason about scalability and availability
- Solid foundation in modern testing practices and operational excellence
- Experience or willingness to integrate AI tools into your development workflow
- Professional experience in healthcare technology, enterprise software, or similarly regulated environments is a plus
