About the Role

Orkin is seeking dedicated pest control technicians to service commercial clients throughout the Westford area and surrounding communities. You'll be the professional face of our brand, delivering reliable, effective pest management solutions that keep businesses operating smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough pest inspections and assessments of commercial properties, identifying infestations and potential entry points
• Apply targeted pest control treatments using approved methods and equipment, following all safety and regulatory guidelines
• Develop and implement customized pest management plans tailored to each client's specific needs and facility type
• Document all service activities, treatments applied, and findings in detailed service reports
• Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and best practices to minimize future infestations
• Maintain service routes and equipment, ensuring vehicles and tools are properly stocked and functional
• Build lasting client relationships through professional, courteous service and dependable follow-up

What We're Looking For

• Active pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one (candidates with an active license qualify for a $2,000 sign-on bonus)
• Strong knowledge of common commercial pests, treatment methods, and integrated pest management principles
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and safety compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage a service territory effectively
