About the Role
You'll work alongside experienced project managers and construction supervisors, gaining practical exposure to how electrical projects are planned, coordinated, and executed in the field. This summer internship positions you on our entry-level Project Engineer track, where you'll contribute to real projects while developing professional skills in construction management and project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple construction sites
- Support site supervision and quality control activities
- Help document project progress, timelines, and site conditions
- Learn construction safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, efficient project delivery
- Perform administrative and field support tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an engineering, construction management, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in construction, project management, or electrical systems
- Reliable transportation for multi-location work
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Compensation and Details
This is a full-time summer internship position, paying between $25.77 and $35.23 per hour based on experience, location, and qualifications.
