National Leasing Specialist Level 1, Level 2

Hillpointe, a comprehensive real estate development and investment management company based in Maitland, Orange County, is seeking a National Leasing Specialist Level 1 or Level 2 to join our growing team. As a full-time member of our leasing department, you'll play a key role in connecting residents with our market-rate workforce housing communities throughout the Sun Belt region.

About the Role

In this position, you'll be the face of Hillpointe to prospective residents, managing the entire leasing lifecycle from initial inquiry through move-in. Your expertise and professionalism will directly impact our communities' success and resident satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Show units and community amenities to prospective residents, highlighting features and answering questions
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess resident needs and match them with appropriate floor plans
• Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements
• Build strong relationships with residents to foster community engagement and retention
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing targets and occupancy goals
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to drive community visibility
• Document resident interactions and maintain detailed leasing records using property management software
• Handle resident inquiries professionally and resolve questions or concerns promptly
• Participate in community events and promotional activities to generate leads

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or GED required; real estate or leasing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
