Hillpointe is hiring a full-time Community Manager in Hardeeville, Jasper County, to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our workforce housing communities and deliver an exceptional living experience for every resident.
About the Role
As Community Manager, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for the performance, presentation, and people of your apartment community in Hardeeville, Jasper County. This is a hands-on, full-time position that blends operational ownership, resident relations, and team leadership. You will represent the Hillpointe brand locally and help ensure best-in-class execution at the property level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily community operations, including leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals
- Build positive resident relationships and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage and motivate on-site staff, setting clear expectations and supporting their growth
- Monitor budgets, collections, and financial performance against established targets
- Coordinate maintenance and turn schedules to keep the property well-maintained and market-ready
- Ensure compliance with applicable fair housing and local regulations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management, multifamily leasing, or community management preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle resident needs with care
- Comfort with property management software and standard reporting tools
- Availability to work on-site full-time in Hardeeville, Jasper County (this role is not remote)
