Oracle Supply Chain Manager

Deloitte is hiring an Oracle Supply Chain Manager for our West Milwaukee, Milwaukee County office. In this full-time role, you'll help enterprise clients design and implement cloud-enabled supply chain solutions that drive measurable operational improvements and business performance.

The Opportunity

Supply chain executives and chief financial officers today need strategic guidance to transform operations, reduce costs, and improve visibility across their enterprise. As an Oracle Supply Chain Manager at Deloitte, you'll work directly with these leaders to assess current operations, design Oracle Cloud-based solutions, and oversee implementations that deliver real business value. You'll combine consulting expertise with hands-on technical knowledge to help organizations optimize their supply chain through cloud adoption and digital transformation.

What You'll Do

• Partner with executive stakeholders to evaluate supply chain operations and develop cloud adoption strategies
• Design and architect Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions tailored to client business requirements
• Lead solution implementation activities, managing scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder alignment
• Translate complex supply chain and operational challenges into strategic consulting recommendations
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional Deloitte teams to deliver comprehensive consulting engagements

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions in large organizations
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, logistics, and planning
• Proven consulting background or significant client-facing experience in enterprise transformation
• Strong ability to communicate complex solutions to C-level executives and operational teams
• Background in cloud strategy development or digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and platform capabilities
