About the Role
As a Cornerstone Consultant, you'll partner with clients across industries to design and execute workforce strategies that align business objectives with human capital capabilities. Your work will span talent architecture, organization design, workforce planning, and change enablement—helping companies build the teams they need to compete in rapidly evolving markets.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on talent and organization strategies, including organizational design, workforce planning, and workforce transformation initiatives
- Lead discovery and diagnostic work to understand client challenges across recruitment, retention, performance, and cultural dynamics
- Develop evidence-based recommendations leveraging industry benchmarks, best practices, and data analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technology, operations, and change management specialists—to deliver integrated solutions
- Support implementation and change adoption, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
- Contribute to client success through ongoing advisory, measurement, and refinement of workforce initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational psychology, economics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data, interpret trends, and build clear business cases
- Excellent communication skills—ability to present complex concepts clearly to senior executives and diverse stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with genuine curiosity about how organizations and people work
- Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively across teams, and manage multiple projects in a consulting environment
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed
