Servicing is hiring a Litigation Case Manager in Greenville, Greenville County to manage case files, coordinate legal proceedings, and support our litigation team. This is a full-time position for someone organized, detail-focused, and ready to take on the operational backbone of litigation work.

About the Role

As a Litigation Case Manager with Servicing in Greenville, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of case administration, from initial file intake through resolution. You'll coordinate closely with attorneys, maintain accurate case documentation, and ensure every deadline is met. This role sits at the intersection of legal expertise and meticulous organization—you'll be the keeper of case details, the scheduler of critical events, and the communicator who keeps all parties informed and on track.

What You'll Do

  • Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and documentation in digital and physical formats
  • Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, trials, and other litigation events
  • Prepare discovery materials, exhibits, and courtroom evidence packages
  • Draft correspondence, memoranda, and status updates for clients and opposing counsel
  • Manage case timelines, track critical deadlines, and alert attorneys to upcoming obligations
  • Maintain litigation databases and case management software with accurate, current information
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and opposing parties as needed
  • Organize and summarize depositions, transcripts, and key documents for attorney review
  • Track litigation expenses, billing entries, and cost allocations
  • Support attorneys during depositions, trials, and settlement conferences

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; paralegal certificate or associate degree preferred
  • Proven experience managing cases in a law firm, legal department, or litigation support role
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in legal documentation
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain client and attorney confidentiality
  • Reliable and punctual, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
