About the Role

You'll execute precision carpentry work on active construction sites, handling framing, finishing, and structural tasks that demand attention to detail and craftsmanship. Working directly with project teams, you'll ensure quality work meets specifications while maintaining the safety standards that define professional construction.

What You'll Do

• Perform structural carpentry including framing, sheathing, concrete forming, and load-bearing assemblies
• Execute finish carpentry—trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and detailed millwork installations
• Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications accurately
• Set up, operate, and maintain hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
• Adhere to all jobsite safety protocols, building codes, and OSHA requirements
• Communicate with supervisors and crew to coordinate workflow and resolve site challenges
• Inspect your work and collaborate to meet quality and timeline expectations

What We're Looking For

• Valid journeyman carpenter certification or documented equivalent experience
• Proven proficiency in framing, structural, and finish carpentry work
• Solid ability to read construction blueprints and follow technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, equipment, and safe work practices
• Commitment to safety compliance and applicable building codes
• Reliable transportation to the Chandler job site
