In this role, you'll represent Aerie with pride, creating authentic connections with guests and delivering shopping experiences that reflect our commitment to confidence, inclusivity, and quality apparel.
About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you're the heart of our store culture. You transform everyday visits into moments that matter by connecting guests with products they genuinely love. Your knowledge of our collections combined with your authentic passion for the brand creates an environment where customers feel understood, valued, and inspired.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and help them discover products that fit their lifestyle and values
- Provide expert product knowledge, styling guidance, and personalized recommendations
- Build guest relationships that foster long-term brand loyalty and repeat visits
- Assist with fitting room experiences and styling consultations
- Maintain store displays and contribute to visual merchandising excellence
- Process transactions with accuracy and care
- Support team members and collaborate to uphold store standards
- Embody Aerie's mission of body positivity and authentic self-expression
