Fusion Medical Staffing is hiring an ICU Registered Nurse for a full-time, 13-week travel nursing assignment at a healthcare facility in Saint Joseph, Berrien County, Michigan. About the Role

Over your 13-week assignment, you'll be integrated into an established clinical team, managing complex cases and contributing to evidence-based care in a collaborative hospital setting.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to clinical changes
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions per physician orders
- Operate and manage specialized ICU medical equipment and patient monitoring systems
- Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain comprehensive and timely patient medical records and documentation
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and family members
- Advocate for patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes
- Contribute to unit quality and process improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Demonstrated ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Ability to manage high-acuity patients in a team-based environment
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
