About the Role

As SuccessFactors HRIS Functional Lead, you'll lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors platform to support strategic workforce management initiatives. Working within a defined project scope, you'll bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring successful deployment of HRIS capabilities that serve our global workforce.

What You'll Do

• Gather and document detailed requirements from HR and business stakeholders across departments
• Configure SuccessFactors modules and workflows to align with organizational processes and compliance standards
• Lead system testing, validate functionality, and manage quality assurance workstreams
• Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for HR teams and end users
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and external implementation partners to ensure integration with existing systems
• Track project milestones, document decisions, and maintain detailed configuration and process documentation
• Support go-live execution and provide post-implementation optimization recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Proven functional experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, payroll integration, or core HCM modules)
• Strong understanding of HRIS practices, employee data management, and payroll concepts
• Demonstrated ability to manage HRIS projects from requirements through deployment
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment with competing priorities
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation, testing, and quality assurance
