About the Role
As a Near Field Range Engineer supporting third shift operations, you'll play an essential part in our testing and validation infrastructure. Your work ensures the accuracy and reliability of critical measurement operations that support our defense technology development.
What You'll Do
- Operate specialized near field range measurement and testing equipment
- Execute measurement protocols and capture high-quality data according to established procedures
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to maintain operational continuity
- Document test results and maintain accurate records for engineering review
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols throughout the facility
- Support handoff procedures and operational continuity during third shift hours
What We're Looking For
- Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required prior to your start date
- U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility)
- Background or experience in engineering, measurement systems, or technical operations
- Proven ability to work with precision instrumentation and complex equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Comfort working third shift and ability to thrive in night operations
- Problem-solving mindset and initiative in a technical environment
