Site Lead Specialist

The Vanguard Group seeks a Site Lead Specialist for our Scottsdale, Maricopa County location. In this full-time position, you'll lead facility operations, serving as the operational lead for assigned sites and driving excellence in safety, service delivery, and facility management.

About the Role

As Site Lead Specialist at The Vanguard Group, you function as the operational leader for assigned site(s) or portfolios. You partner with senior management to recommend and plan facility initiatives—from design and maintenance to construction and renovation—that keep our operations running smoothly. Your judgment and analysis directly inform strategic decisions about how we manage and improve our facilities across the Scottsdale region.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily site operations with focus on safety protocols, service delivery standards, and organizational alignment
• Coordinate facility design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair projects within your assigned region
• Lead and co-manage assigned site portfolios, maintaining consistent operational performance
• Provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on facility initiatives and strategic improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across your site(s)
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships while overseeing project budgets and timelines
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and cost management

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in site operations, facilities management, or equivalent operational leadership roles
• Strong expertise in facility maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated track record of managing teams and successfully executing cross-functional projects
• Experience overseeing construction, renovation, or major facility improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level stakeholder engagement
