About the Role

We are building our leadership team and seeking experienced lateral partners and senior attorneys who are ready to take on expanded roles. You will guide significant client matters, develop strategic relationships, and help shape the firm's growth across multiple practice disciplines. This full-time position offers the autonomy and resources to advance your practice while contributing to a collaborative firm culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex legal engagements and manage high-value client relationships
• Direct matter strategy and oversee substantive legal work across your practice area
• Collaborate with partners and counsel across the firm on multi-disciplinary matters
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys and staff
• Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives
• Participate in firm governance and strategic planning

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of eight years of legal practice experience
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of our core practice areas
• Strong track record of client development and relationship management
• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor team members
• Commitment to legal excellence and professional integrity
• Interest in contributing to firm culture and direction
