Shift Supervisor

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is hiring a Part-Time Shift Supervisor for our manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Tarrant County. As a key operational leader, you'll oversee daily shift performance, supervise production teams, and uphold quality standards at one of the world's largest makers of premium labels and innovative packaging solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise production floor team members; provide direction and address performance matters
• Track shift production volumes, equipment utilization, and quality metrics
• Maintain and enforce safety standards, conduct shift safety discussions, and document incidents
• Relay shift status, concerns, and handoff notes to incoming supervisory staff
• Troubleshoot production delays or quality deviations; coordinate with maintenance and adjacent departments
• Champion MCC's sustainable manufacturing practices throughout your shift operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or lead role experience in manufacturing, production, or related environment
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and direct team members effectively
• Working knowledge of production workflows, quality assurance, and occupational safety
• Availability for rotating shift work, including overnight and weekend hours
• Capability to prioritize and make decisions efficiently in a dynamic setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
