Program Associate (JR 5722)

About the Role

As a Program Associate at PATH, you'll support our housing programs from intake through placement and beyond. You'll work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness, connecting them with resources, coordinating services, and tracking their progress toward stable housing. Your work contributes to our consistent track record of helping residents in San Diego County secure and maintain permanent homes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct client assessments, manage intake processes, and maintain accurate program records
• Coordinate referrals and partnerships with housing providers, social services, and community organizations
• Track participant outcomes and prepare program reports that inform our impact and strategy
• Support policy advocacy efforts by gathering data on housing barriers and community needs
• Participate in outreach activities and engagement events in San Diego neighborhoods
• Contribute to a culture of equity and anti-racism in all program interactions

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or program management experience preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to social justice and serving people facing housing instability
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitivity to trauma-informed care
• Willingness to learn and grow within a values-driven nonprofit environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
