Join Tractor Supply Company as a Team Member in our Field Activity Support Team (FAST) program, based in Edenton, North Carolina. This is a full-time position serving our store network across your assigned district, where you'll drive key merchandising initiatives and operational excellence from start to finish.
About the Role
The FAST Team Member plays a critical role in ensuring store standards and customer experiences are consistently strong. You'll travel across assigned locations performing specialized merchandising, merchandising support, and store maintenance activities that keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and stores running smoothly. This is hands-on, results-driven work where your attention to detail directly impacts how customers experience our brand.
What You'll Do
- Execute planograms and merchandising layouts across multiple store locations within your district
- Assemble and install merchandise displays and store fixtures according to company standards
- Maintain and update all in-store signage to ensure accuracy and visual consistency
- Travel regularly to assigned stores to complete assigned tasks and projects
- Coordinate with store teams to minimize disruption and ensure timely project completion
- Support store operations and maintain a commitment to quality work and customer-focused service
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned district
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms and specifications accurately
- Comfortable with hands-on work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Positive attitude and commitment to supporting Tractor Supply Company's store success
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
