About the Role
You'll lead market development initiatives for ThermoFisher Scientific's cell therapy portfolio, identifying commercial opportunities and executing strategies that connect our solutions with customers and partners. This role combines market intelligence, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to capture growth in one of life sciences' fastest-moving domains.
What You'll Do
- Research cell therapy markets and applications to uncover growth opportunities and customer pain points
- Build market development strategies that support revenue expansion and competitive positioning
- Provide sales teams with customer insights, competitive analysis, and positioning support
- Partner with product, technical, and commercial teams to align market needs with solution development
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders in cell therapy
- Stay informed on regulatory, compliance, and manufacturing considerations shaping the market
- Track market performance, analyze trends, and report on initiative effectiveness and ROI
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in market development, business development, or product management in cell therapy, regenerative medicine, or life sciences
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work across functions and with external partners
- Understanding of cell therapy manufacturing, regulation, or market dynamics
- Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a dynamic, complex environment
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or related discipline
