About the Role

As a Master Technician specializing in Porsche, you'll be responsible for all aspects of vehicle service and repair, from routine maintenance to intricate engine, transmission, and electrical system diagnostics. You'll handle both warranty and customer-pay work, manage job scheduling, perform quality inspections, and mentor junior technicians. Your expertise will ensure vehicles meet factory specifications and customer expectations.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repair on Porsche vehicles using advanced scan tools and factory procedures
• Execute complex maintenance schedules, engine work, brake systems, suspension, and electrical repairs
• Conduct quality inspections and road tests to verify all work meets standards
• Document all service and parts information accurately in the shop management system
• Communicate technical findings and repair recommendations to customers and management
• Contribute to a safe, organized shop environment and maintain technical knowledge through ongoing training

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Master or Senior Technician with Porsche or comparable European luxury/performance vehicles
• Strong foundation in automotive electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic systems
• Proficiency with factory diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• ASE certification or equivalent technical qualifications preferred
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
