About the Role

As an Operator Helper at our Tulsa facility, you'll perform semi-skilled manual work that supports the daily operations of a power generation plant. You'll work directly with our operations team, learning the fundamentals of plant operation and gaining practical experience in one of the energy sector's most essential roles.

What You'll Do

• Support power plant operators with routine equipment monitoring and maintenance tasks
• Assist in inspecting and maintaining machinery, systems, and plant facilities
• Help operators during shift operations and respond to operational needs
• Learn and follow plant safety protocols and operational procedures
• Perform manual labor tasks including cleaning, moving materials, and equipment preparation
• Monitor plant conditions and report observations to supervising operators
• Participate in on-the-job training to develop technical competencies

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in an industrial environment
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
• Ability to work under supervision and take direction
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic mechanical aptitude a plus
