Barback

PeopleReady is looking for a Barback to support bartenders and maintain operations at venues in the Seattle area, International, King County. In this full-time position, you'll play a critical role keeping the bar running smoothly during service, handling inventory, cleaning, and ensuring bartenders have everything they need to focus on customers.

About the Role

As a Barback in International, King County, you're the backbone of bar operations. You'll work alongside bartenders during shifts, managing the behind-the-bar workflow that keeps service moving seamlessly. Your focus on organization, cleanliness, and efficiency directly impacts the customer experience and team productivity.

What You'll Do

• Stock, organize, and maintain bar inventory, keeping supplies accessible and well-organized
• Clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, bottles, and work surfaces throughout your shift
• Support bartenders by preparing ingredients, restocking bottles, and managing bar supplies during service
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management to needs as they arise
• Maintain the bar area in top condition during busy periods and throughout your shift
• Ensure the bar meets health, safety, and operational standards
