About the Role

As a front desk agent at SpringHill Suites Eau Claire, you'll be the hospitality ambassador greeting guests upon arrival and departure. What You'll Do

• Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working toward immediate resolution

• Use the hotel's computer systems to access guest information, update reservations, and document interactions
