CDL A OTR Reefer Drivers

Navajo Express is recruiting experienced CDL A OTR Reefer Drivers to join our fleet based in Bloomington, Monroe County. This is a full-time position operating refrigerated trailers across the continental United States.

About the Role

As a refrigerated truck driver with Navajo Express, you'll transport temperature-controlled freight nationwide, maintaining our reputation for reliability and safety that has earned us industry recognition, including the 2025 Grand Fleet Trophy for Most Improved Safety Record in Colorado. You'll operate a commercial truck with reefer capability, managing your own routes while benefiting from improved hometime flexibility that sets us apart in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Operate a CDL A-certified vehicle with refrigerated trailer equipment across multiple states
• Maintain detailed driving logs and ensure DOT regulatory compliance
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Transport refrigerated cargo while preserving temperature integrity throughout transit
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customer contacts
• Prioritize safety and defensive driving practices on all routes
• Build consistent miles and income through reliable, quality service

What We're Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A with clean driving record
• Demonstrated experience operating over-the-road reefer freight
• Current DOT medical certification
• Ability to pass background screening and safety verification
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Professional communication skills and strong reliability
